"A decent option for a family snack or lunch. The croquetas and tarta de abuela were good, though the albóndigas didn't quite meet our taste. Pleasant service, with seating available both inside and on the terrace."

"Accessibility. Looked at a room which was very nicely decorated, clean and bright. The en suite had bath with shower over and they also have rooms with just showers (more accessible). There is a lift from the ground floor to the bedrooms. €30 for one person for one night. Meals are not included but are available from the bar/restaurant. I will definitely recommend it for friends' visits."

"Fin de semana espectacular en el Restaurante Cerezo – Villanueva del Rosario Hemos estado alojados un grupo de más de cuarenta personas en el Restaurante Cerezo, y la experiencia ha sido sencillamente magnífica. Se trata de un negocio familiar que destaca por el trato exquisito de todo su personal: cercanos, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. La comida ha sido abundante y de excelente calidad, con menús variados y sabrosos que han superado nuestras expectativas. El paquete de fin de semana todo incluido ha sido muy completo y a un precio muy razonable. Las instalaciones son sorprendentes: además del restaurante, cuenta con una pensión cómoda con rodos los servicios, una discoteca que el dueño pone a disposición del grupo sin límite de horario, y hasta una pequeña plaza de toros con opción de vaquilla para quienes buscan una experiencia diferente. También disfrutamos del Paseo Verde, que aporta un entorno natural muy agradable. En definitiva, un lugar ideal para grupos grandes, celebraciones o escapadas con amigos. "Had a lovely meal sat on the shaded terrace on Sunday afternoon about 2pm. A few people were having a drink and the dining room was nicely set up for the traditionally later diners. While the Aircon was delightful inside, there was a nice breeze outside and it's still a novelty to see sun! The staff were happy for us to sit anywhere and, within moments, the table was laid, bread, olives and icy drinks arrived. We had grilled fish and meatballs (rosada a la plancha y albondigas) which were both good. The local cold rice pudding and dessert of the house (arroz y flan de la casa) we're both delicious. So much so that hubby had a second helping! We will definitely go again."

"This 50 bedroom hostal is conveniently sited on the outskirts of the Andalucian pueblo pubelo of Villanueva del Rosario and is within walking distance of the pueblo so your vehicle need not be used for a visit to it. There is plenty of parking in front of the Hostal and because of it´s size it can accommodate an autocar. It is well known for it´s food and especially those seeking takeaway meals such as a Spanish Paella to eat at home etc. A great place to stay if you are interested in walking, cycling holidays and a good base for people interested in climbing mountains"
